Cavella began with a simple frustration: the spreads on supermarket shelves tasted of sugar first and everything else second. We wanted creams that tasted like the ingredient on the label — pistachios that taste of pistachio, hazelnuts with real roast, chocolate with depth. So we started small, grinding nuts in modest batches and refusing to rush the process. Every jar is milled slowly to protect flavour, sweetened with restraint, and tasted before it ever leaves us. What began as a kitchen obsession is now a pantry staple for home bakers and cafes who care about what goes into their bakes. We still make everything in the same spirit: honest ingredients, patient methods, and no shortcuts. If it would not earn a place on our own toast, it does not earn the Cavella name.
